The Junior Project Analyst is accountable and responsible for providing support developing & executing work plans for multiple compliance certifications projects globally.

Essential Functions

• Helps to prepare product documentation for project certification submissions and continuously support the monitoring and tracking efforts on a regular basis to the customer, helping to escalate functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately to ensure successful achievement of project goals and objectives.

• Supports the drafting of reports to maintain customer representatives well informed of progress, challenges, & barriers. Effective in analyzing and presenting project performance, risks, issues and change requests and mitigation strategies.

• Helps to manage IT tools and databases to keep track of the project, documentation, and final deliverables. 

• Assists in ensuring timely and accurate communication with regulators, agents, and Entirety’s management throughout the life cycle of the project. 

• Helps to prepare and/or present special reports to customer stakeholders or management.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

No work experience required but experience in project management is appreciated.

Excellent and polished communications skills backed by a proven track record of action is a must. Motivational in tone and spirit.

Ability to take directions balanced with an independent style and the capacity to work projects through the life cycle with supervision while being assertive is necessary.

Experience with software database and spreadsheet tracking tools.
